Post natal yoga, parent and baby group classes

Cost : 12 euros per session

Group sessions with a maximum of 5 families.

  • I offer a step-by-step guide to show you how to make full use of your young child’s natural love of movement.

    To enable locomotor milestones from sitting to standing and walking and encourage mobility and good posture.

    To retain joint flexibility and muscular and soft tissue suppleness and a wide range of natural movement.

    Identify and remedy infant inflexibility in a fun way.

    Maintain and improve circulation and breathing rhythms, stamina, strength and self-confidence.

  • Practising postnatal yoga supports and facilitates the healing and recovery of the body and mind, by using gentle movement, balancing asanas, breathing and relaxation.

    I invite Mothers, partners, fathers and carers. This group will guide you in

    soft yoga techniques to relieve lumbar/lower back pain and increase your flexibility,

    we will work to relieve thoracic /upper back pain, relieve stiff necks, ankles, knees and hips.

    We will learn breathing techniques to relax and calm your mind and body.
